The Dallas Mavericks’ media day was full of headlines, including an update on Kyrie Irving’s ACL recovery. Anthony Davis also said he’ll be wearing protective eyewear for the rest of his career following surgery to fix a detached retina over the offseason. Interestingly, Dereck Lively reportedly grew an inch or two over the offseason, too.
The Rangers and Bruce Bochy mutually agreed to end the manger’s tenure in the team’s dugout. The longtime manager was offered a front-office position with the team going forward.
Major League Volleyball is coming to Dallas in 2026! The league will reportedly announce a team name, home venue and schedule for the Dallas franchise in the coming months.
